Traditional MASU Rhythms, Dance and Vocals from BURKINA FASO

  

Moussa is a Griot musician. His compositions are greatly influenced by his birthplace, the village Coulibaly in the west of Burkina Faso on the border of Mali.

Moussa Coulibaly and his group "LONITIBA" play a variety of West African instruments: Balafon pentatonique, Balafon malinque, Ngoni, Djielingoni, Djembe, Tama, Kenkeni, Doundoun, Marakass, Kania, Saxophone, E-Bass, dance and vocals in the languages Dioula and Bwamu.
