Gnawa Music - Rockabilly - Oud Sounds - Berber & Syrian Folk
Four musicians from three world regions play the fusion of their respective cultural backgrounds and heritage. Brane and Martin have common Rockabilly roots and otherwise impersonate the higher and lower end of a Balkan brass band. Marwan is a renowned Oud master and teacher and fantastic visual artist. Rabee joined last summer, completing this unique mix of musical authenticity, including Berber, Syrian folk, adding the kick-ass attitude of US-American country and R'n'R.
