Malenki Fun Orchester
Swing & Blues meets Russian folklore
Malenki Fun Orchester was founded in the Summer of 1999. It blends US-American Swing with Russian ballads.
Malenki, the Russian word for "little" points to the small man with the big voice who is the father of this musical project. By mixing power and emotion, the Ukrainian singer and guitarist Igor Savitski expresses the musical richness of the Eastern-European culture, demonstrating how closely the blues is related to the passion of the Russian soul.
