Klezmer in Neukölln? Yes, and right here!
![]() |
Jewish life has come back to Berlin, bringing with it lots of young, international Klezmer musicians who have established themselves in the cultural scene and for the most part centre their daily lives around the neighbourhood of Neukölln. That’s why the programme also includes a wide range of workshops on the topics of Klezmer dance, Yiddish songs and instrumental music, alongside concerts, sessions and a Klezmer ball. Come to one event or stay for the whole day! The Yiddish instrumental, vocal and dance workshops are open to people from all musical backgrounds, at all levels. Learn from the best Yiddish musicians in Europe at the WERKSTATT DER KULTUREN in Neukölln.
