As the Nile connects countries from its source, from Sudan to Egypt, Nasser Kilada also connects the different cultures together musically. Traditional Sudanese, Nubian and Egyptian songs and rhythms mix with Western sounds, soul, reggae and afrobeat. In November 2015, one of the three coveted World Music Awards from the 5th creole Berlin Brandenburg was awarded to Nasser Kiladas RANIN.
