Short Biography

For over a decade, Deniz Utlu has been organizing poetry readings in Hamburg, Hanover and Berlin. He is the publisher and editor of the culture and society publication 'freitext', which is distributed in Germany and Switzerland. He has been granted awards and scholarships from the 2006 Autorenwerkstatt and the 2010 Dorfschreiber in Eisenbach.
